Lost in Nature
Description:
Year:
2020
I created this series between 2018 and 2022, with a strong focus on exploring the depths of my self-consciousness. The landscapes that I depicted in these works are unspoiled and free from any human intervention, providing a glimpse into my vision of heaven and limbo. I intentionally depicted these landscapes as silent and devoid of any living beings, using the human body as a representation of myself.
In my more recent works from 2022, which I created after moving to Germany, there is a clear shift in the series. These works showcase actions and movements, symbolizing my desire to break free from my past and move forward. However, the blurry imagery in these works reflects my uncertainty about the future. Despite leaving my homeland due to difficult circumstances, I find myself drawn back to my past and struggling to let go.
Overall, this series is a deeply personal exploration of my innermost thoughts and emotions. Through these works, I also explore larger themes of home, identity, and the human experience
